400H is a 20-story tower with residences on the upper floors, giving it more of a big-city skyline feel and better panoramic views than typical wood-frame complexes.
Luxury finishes with flexible layouts — Features like 9–12 foot ceilings, movable kitchen islands, quartz finishes, boutique concierge service, and a sky lounge/pool deck help position it at the higher end of Raleigh’s apartment market. 400h is marketed toward people who want to be immersed in downtown Raleigh culture full-time.
